Thank you sweet baby Jesus! The appraisal came in perfectly! Spot. dead. on! I'm so excited, we're actually closing and moving in 2 weeks. After last time it's hard to beleive it is actually happening. We've been putting off packing, and I've just been organizing and purging the apartment of things we don't need and won't want to move for the most part. I didn't want to buy boxes because after last time, I was feeling really superstitious. We're almost home owners! YAY!!!
